At the end of 2014, the Mannheim-based MVV Energie AG increased its capital share in juwi AG to 50.1%, becoming a majority owner.

 

As part of the MVV assessment and evaluation team, we focused on the professional assessment of the juwi project pipeline, specifically regarding implementation opportunities and time schedule as well as the verification and co-creation of the business plan. The latter was based on, among other factors, our projections regarding future market development in juwi AG’s target countries. In close exchange with the project management team, we spent a substantial amount of time on the stakeholders’ strategic questions and issues.
